Introduction

The Client Area builds a WireGuard .conf for each city on your account. You pick the city, the page swaps the Endpoint IP into your personal key, shows a QR code, and lets you download one file. That file is what the official WireGuard app imports.

You must be logged in and on the product page: Services > My Services > Premium VPN (or trial) > WireGuard Configuration (right-hand column).

Download one city

  1. Open Your VPN Account Details.
  2. On the right, under WireGuard Configuration, open the dropdown Select Your WireGuard Config Choice.
  3. Pick a Country - City (for example United Kingdom - London). Labels have UDP/TCP and “(No Torrents)” stripped so each city appears once.
  4. Wait a moment. A QR code appears under the dropdown, and the Download Config button becomes visible.
  5. Click Download Config. The file is named like acc465234913-London.conf (username + city, sanitised, max 32 characters).

If you see WireGuard configs not available for this account, the service is not Active yet or the panel could not fetch keys. Refresh after a minute, or contact support with the service ID.

What is in the file

The config is your key pair plus the chosen server Endpoint (IP and WireGuard port). DNS and MTU come from the panel template (often Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 and MTU 1420). AllowedIPs cover all traffic. Import it in the official WireGuard app — see Using WireGuard on Windows, Using WireGuard on iOS, and Importing a WireGuard Config on Android (Official App).

One config per device. If you already used this city on a phone, download the same city again only after you delete the tunnel on that phone, or pick a different city for the second device. Paid plans allow 6 devices.
